DTL'S DYNAMITE ROCK #2
Warner Mack - Roc-a-Chica
Welcome to the second installment of my dynamite rock series; I hope you were feelin the first one as much as I was. This time I'd share a little number by Warner Mack. Spanning a career in music that took him from the 50's into the early 70's, Mack was actually known as country star, but, as "Roc-a-Chicka" will attest, he spent his fare share of time crooning through pop music as well.

I'll never forget coming out of the restroom at the 534 in RVA during a DTL set, imagine opening the door expecting some heavy ass bass only to have your mind blown seeing and hearing the dance floor get down while he's playing this type of rock. I still hear people talk about it to this day.
