Why'd you start using vocals?
I get so lonely on the road. After I started crying myself to sleep in my hotel room I realized I needed someone to tour with me. That's the real reason.

What happened to your creeper mustache?
I looked like a chinaman in a party photo, so I had to get rid of it. I also havent finished going through puberty.

How did you get signed to Trouble & Bass?
I told Patrick (The Captain) that if he didnt sign me I'd tell everyone the truth about how he actually likes eating meat.

How'd you come up with Deathface?
Well the DJ name "The Captain" was taken already, so I was like, shit, I really have to come up with something that doesn't sound like another electronic DJ group, so I took some 2ce, popped on some Elaine Radigue, and I saw it in a hallucination.

Why do you go by the name of Johnny Love?
I first started DJing techno under the name 4LOM, then I realized techno didn't get girls, so I started playing italo disco and electroclash, and I needed a more appropriate name. A girl I was "dating" at the time kept calling me a love machine, so there it is.



Whats your prized MTG card?
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, actually it isn't. It just sounds cool.

What's your favorite car if you were to buy one?
Datsun 280zx 10th Anniversary Edition: Black Gold.

Daisy.
