T&B BROOKLYN FRIDAY 13TH VIDEO/PHOTO RECAP

Taking Brooklyn back by storm, the Trouble & Bass crew made their NY comeback this past Friday the 13th. We took over the Loft on 70 N. 6th street for an all night rager with Baauer, The Captain, Star Eyes, AC Slater, B. Rich and our special guests Silkie and Elijah! The night was full of smoke, sweat, and grime and gave New York a run for its money. T&B is glad to be back and throwing monthly NYC parties again, so keep your ears to the streets for the next unlucky night of fun!

Check out more photos from the event HERE and get pumped for our next party May 18th at Glasslands Gallery!

Trouble & Bass - Brooklyn 4/13

For years, Trouble & Bass threw some of the best monthlies in NYC, from reckless renegade shenanigans at Boogaloo to huge rave-ups at Studio B. In 2010, we took a hiatus while T&B crew members focused on their various projects and travels. But we got bored with going out, straight up. We've decided that maybe NYC is in need of some of the wild and weird bass flavors that put T&B and Brooklyn bass on the map in the first place.

On Friday the 13th (of April), we're taking the night with the return of Trouble & Bass NYC, an underground rumble at 70 N. 6th St. in Williamsburg with a hefty soundsystem and special guest Silkie (Deep Medi/Goon Music, UK) and Elijah (Butterz Reords, UK) plus more raw and ready party music from T&B troublemakers AC Slater, B. Rich, Star Eyes, The Captain and Baauer.

$10 all night, or $5 before midnight with RSVP HERE.

One of London's finest dubstep all-stars. Sick melodies, ruff London bass, and echoes of hardcore and jungle keep Silkie Rose a regular at FWD>, Rinse FM, and DMZ. Check his recent collabs with Joker and Swindle for the finest in deep bass weight.

Next Friday the 13th we're hosting Silkie for our Return of Trouble & Bass party in Brooklyn. Get more info on our Facebook event page

During one of his last US tours, Silkie stopped by Dubspot NYC to present a special live streaming workshop. After the workshop they got the chance to sit down and interview Silkie about his past experiences, production, collaborations and life in the music industry.
